परेश शाम के समय दरिया के किनारे बैठा था | पानी कि लहरो को आते जाते देख रहा था उसके दिल की धडकने भी लहरो की तरह चल रही थी |” परेश उसका दो साल का बेटा सोनु और उसकी पत्नी नैना तीनों समुद्र के किनारे घुमने आए थे ,सोनु उनकी गोद मै खेल रहा था | परेश इतना खुश था उसके परिवार के साथ , सोनु को लेके गुब्बारे लिए ढेर सारे और आसमान में उडा दिए नैना उनको देख कर मुस्कुरा रही थी कितना प्यारा था वो लम्हा | अचानक एक आवाज से वह अपने सपनों से बाहर आया ” | फिर दर्द महसुस करने लगा वो ……परेश उठा और धीरे धीरे बेजान कदमों से घर कि और निकल पडा |                        
परेश को पिछले कई सालो से जानती थी मै , एकदम साधारण जीवन , इमानदार , कोई बुरी आदत नही , घर ग्रहस्थी को अहमियत देने वाला | अब परेश का डिवोर्स हुए 6 साल हो चूके थे , किन्ही कारणो से परेश और नैना के बीच का ये सम्बन्ध टीक ना सका और दोनों अलग हो गए | ऐसा नही कि उन्होंने कोशिश नही कि इस रिश्ते को बचाने की पर होता हे ऐसा कभी की दो दिल अच्छे होते हुए भी साथ नही रह पाते | परेश के डीवोर्स के बाद वो पूरी तरह बिखर गया था , डीप्रेशन की दवाइयाँ भी लेनी पड़ी उसे , क्युकि जहा इंसान पूरी जिंदगी जिसके साथ बिताने के सपने देखता है और किन्ही कारणो से जब वो जीवन साथी हमेशा के लिया जुदा हो जाते है बहुत ही तकलीफ होती है | दो परीवार अलग हो जाते है वही बच्चो पर बहूत गहरा असर पड्ता है |
परेश भी बहुत ही उदास रहता था जीवन जैसे रूक गया था , लम्हे जैसे से ठहर से गए थे | कही मन नही लगता था उसका , कही घुमने जाता तो उसे अपना परीवार याद आता था , सीनेमा हाल , रेस्टोरेंट , माल शापींग , शादी या कही और जहा वो सबको अपने परीवार के साथ देखता था उसे अकेलापन लगता बहुत | साथ ही समाज के लोग , अडोस पडोस के लोग एक ही सवाल पूछ्ते …. परेश कोई और लड़की देखी की नही अब तक , दूसरी शादी कर लो अब , कब तक एसे अकेले रहोगे ? एसे सवाल पिछा ही नही छोड्ते थे चारो और से | साथ ही एसे समय में कोई लोग उसे अकेला देख कर प्यार जता कर उनके कुछ काम भी करवा लिए करते थे | परेश सीधा था ना भी नही बोल पाता था | कई बार तो ऐसा भी होता था किसी फीमेल से बात करता दीख जाता तो वही अफवाहे चालु हो जाती कई तरह कि जैसे किसी से अफेयर होगा या फिर लगता है परेश अब बीगड गया है , ग़लत काम करता है | परेश ही जानता था की उस पर क्या बीत रही थी एक तो घर पर माँ जीनको काम काज करने में भी उमर के अनुसार तकलीफ होती थी उनकी चिंता ऊपर से आफीस का काम साथ ही घर का काम काज कीस कीस को समझाता वो | बेटे की याद भी बहूत सताती थी उसे |                                                        परेश से मेरी बातचीत रोज होती थी उसके हर दिन का दर्द में जानती थी वो नया जीवन साथी देख भी रहा था पर अब वो जल्दी किसी से जुड्ने में भी डरता था उसे लगता पता नही वापस से वो शादी नीभ पायेगी या नही , कई अनजाने डर घर कर गए थे मन में उसके ,और कोई जब अपना परीवार खो देता है तो उस इंसान के आँसू आँखों की जगह दिल से निकलते है | ये बात बहुत कम लोग समझ पाते है की एक लंबा सफर तय करने के बाद जब कोई रिश्ता टुट जाता है तब जो दिल को चोट लगती है वो घाव भी जल्दी नही भरते है |                               
अब इन सब बातो को बीते काफ़ी समय हो चूका था फिर परेश की मुलाकत एसे मित्रों से हुई जो पोसिटीव विचारो में मानते थे साथ ही उसने मेडीटेशन भी किया और थोड़ा आध्यत्मिक ज्ञान भी लिया ख़ुद के अकेलेपन से ख़ुद के डर से ख़ुद ही लड कर ख़ुद मजबूत बना और धीरे धीरे दर्द में से बाहर निकलने लगा | और आज वो एक बेहतर जीवन जी रहा है , अकेलेपन को उसने अपना मित्र बना लिया और उसमें भी खुशी के पल ही मिलें उसे ख़ुद का साथी ख़ुद बना वो , आज वो बहूत ही स्ट्रोंग पर्सनेलिटी का हो गया है , साथ ही अब खुले मन से दिल से वह नये जीवन साथी कि तलाश में है | आशा है जल्दी ही वह गुड न्यूज़ देगा | हम सबकी दुआये भी है साथ उसके | इतना कहुगी जीवन है जीना ही है इसे, कभी धूप कभी छान्व आनी ही है तो क्यू ना हर पल को हम एक अड्वेंचर कि तरह ले , उसे भी एंजोय करे हार हो या जीत ये सोचे बिना और जब हम मन से हार नही मानते तो कोई भी नही हरा सकता हमे तो ये लाइफ की प्रोब्लेम्स क्या टिक पायेंगी |                                                                                                                       – Priti Gupta
