“प्यार” सुनते ही मन फूलो की तरह खिलने लगता है , ये एक एसी सौगात है जिससे जीवन महकने लगता है | प्यार का हम सबके जीवन मै सबसे बडा स्थान होता है , ये प्यार कई रिश्तों से जुडा होता है ……माता , पिता , भाई ,बहन ,दोस्त , रिश्तेदार , बच्चो , और सबसे ज्यादा जीवनसाथी से जुडा होता है |सबसे महत्वपूर्ण प्यार प्रेमी का , जीवनसाथी का होता है हम सबके जीवन मै , हम सब प्यार चाहते है देते भी है फिर भी अब तक समझ बहुत कम पाए है की प्यार है क्या ? 
स्पिरिचुअल लाइफ में प्यार सबसे मेन पोइंट होता है कहते है ये आत्मा प्यार कि ही बनी होती है क्युकि आत्मा [ हम सब ] ईश्वर की रचना है और ईश्वर स्वयम प्यार है | यही कारण है की इंसानो , पंछियो , जानवरो , हर जिवित वस्तु , पेड़ पोधो , और वायुमंडल पर भी प्यार कि ही असर होती है | बहुत आसान है समझना जानवरो को प्यार देते है तो वो हमे भुलते भी नही है और हमारे ही होके रह जाते है , पेड़ पोधो को प्यार कि फिलींग से सीचते है तो खुब अच्छे से वो खील उठ्ते है , ध्यान देना ….. जब थोड़ा भी झगडा , तनाव हम देखते है हम वहा ज्यादा देर नही रहते मन विचलीत होने लगता है वही किसी प्यारी फेमेली को या प्यार भरे प्रेमियो को देखते है हमारा मन भी खुशी महसुस करने लगता है | अब जब ये प्यार एक प्रेमी कपल ,या पति पत्नी में कभी कभी दुःख का ,दूरियो का कारण भी बन जाता है | हम एसी अंजानी भुले कर बेठते है ………………….एक लव स्टोरी शुरू होती है मेल-फिमेल के बीच में तब दोनों एक दुसरे को बहुत महत्व देते है , बहुत सारा प्यार देते है , केयर करते है फिर धीरे धीरे शायद दोनों को पता भी नही चलता और वो एक दुसरे कि केयर करना छोड देते है | उसकी जगह एक दुसरे की कमिया , शिकवे ,शिकायते , शक और ईगो यही देखने और देने लगते है , और प्यार का सबसे बडा दुश्मन ईगो और केयर करना छोड देना है | हम प्यार की जगह अपने साथी को अपने अनुकूल बनाने में लग जाते है उसकी फ्रीडम छीन कर हम उसे बांधने लगते है , और धीरे धीरे हम दीखाने लगते है की अब हमको नही पड़ी तुम्हारी या तुम नही याद करते तो में क्यू करु , मै क्यू आगे होके बात करु या मै क्यू बताउ की मुझे फर्क पड़ता है तुम्हारे दुर जाने से एसे करते करते वो प्यार तो बिचारा मरने ही लगता है साथ ही दोनों के बीच एक दरार पडने लग्ती है 
यही सबसे बडी भुल हम कब करने लगते है पता भी नही चलता है | प्यार एक एसी सोगात है जिसे जितने खुले दिल से देंगे उतनी ही कई गुना होकर मिलती है पर हम देना बंद करके पाने की चाहत ज्यादा करने लगते है भूल जाते है कि प्यार देने के लिए , केयर करने के लिए ही है छुपाने के लिए नही है | यहा तक की जापान में एक रिसर्च ने प्रूफ किया है लव और हेट की असर पानी पे ..दो ग्लास में पानी भरा गया और एक पर प्यार दुसरे पर नफरत लिख के छोड़ दिया जिस ग्लास पे प्यार लिखा था उस पानी में सुनहरी कीरणे पायी गयी और जिस पर नफरत लिखा था वो पानी पीने लायक ही नही था तो सोचिये हम सभी पर इसकी कितनी असर होती होगी |
तो प्यार डर के नही , ईगो से नही अवोइड करने से नही जीवित रहेगा मर जायेगा ऐसा करने से | प्यार तो होता ही देने के लिए है हम तो , जिसको सबसे ज्यादा चाहते है उसकी को प्यार देने से डरने लगते है की कही ये हमारा ना हुआ तो , और अगर मेरे साथी को लगने लगेगा की में उसके बिना नही रह सकता [ सकती] तो वो मुझे नही पुछेगा या मेरी नही सुनेगा | ये बाते तो हीसाब की और दीमाग की हो जाती है इसमे प्यार कहा बचा प्यार तो अनकंडीशनल प्यार करे जो जैसा है उसे वैसा ही स्वीकार करना है , कुछ पाने की चाहत नही करके प्यार देना है तब तो प्यार ,”प्यार ” कहलायेगा इसिलिये तो प्यार को पूजा भी कहते है |
