कुछ सालो पहले कि ये बात हे , जब मैंने अपने जीवन के अनुभवों के आधर पर एक निर्णय लिया था | कि में उन सभी कि मदद करने कि कोशिश करुंगी जो डिप्रेशन का शिकार है ,जिन्हें लगता है कि वो अब हार गए है , कुछ करने के कबिल नही रहे , दुखी है , और अब उनके पास जीने के लिए कुछ नही बचा है |
तब मेरे संपर्क में कई लोग आए ,उनमें एक मीना नाम कि महिला थी | वो इस कदर डीप्रेशन में जी रही थी कि एक लाइन ही काफ़ी है उनके हालत समझने के लिए ‘ वो जब नहाने जाती थी उन्हें इस कदर घबराहट होती थी कि वो बाहर आ जाती थी , और जब तक उनके साथ कोई कमरे में ना हो वो अकेले रह ही नही पाती थी ‘ अंजाना डर उन्हें घेर लेता था और वो समझने लगी कि उन्हें कोई बिमरी हे या काले जादू कि असर , घर से बाहर निकलना छोड दिया था उन्होंने |
मीना से बातचीत करके पता चला कि शादी के बाद बेटा हुआ और 1-2 सालो में ही उनके पति का किसी से अफेय्अर चल रहा था | वो मीना से दुर हो गए थे |समय नही देते थे घर पे और झगडे होते थे उनके बिच ,इस कारण से मीना को पता भी नही चला कि वो धीरे धीरे डिप्रेशन का शिकार हो गई थी .
फिर मैंने उन्हें काफि समझाया और उन्हें कुछ ख़ास टीप्स दिए…..
डीप्रेशन का मुख्य कारण यह होता है कि जब परिस्थितिया विपरीत हो, जैसा हम चाह्ते है वैसा न हो, और जब हमारे अपने हमे धोखा देते है और हम बहोत भावुक होते है , तब धीरे धीरे हम अपने आप को हारा हुआ समझने लगते हैं , ख़ुद को अकेला निसहाय समझने लगते है.और धीरे धीरे हम डीप्रेशन मै जाते हैं|
अब हमे समझना ये है कि ” हर इंसान अपने आप मै एक अमुल्य कलाक्रुति है इस संसार की ” जब हम निराश होते है एक नकारात्मक रवैया अपना लेते हैं | हम भूल जाते हैं कि क्यूँ हम किसी और पर सम्पुर्ण आश्रित होकर जी रहे हैं ? और ये एक अटूट सत्य है कि रोने वालो से, दुखी लोगो से ,और जिन्हें हमेशा सबसे शिकायत रहती है उनसे उनके अपने भी दूरी बना लेते हैं |’ हमे सबसे पहले खुद्को आत्म्विश्वास से भरना होगा, अपने आप कि अहमीयत समझनी होगी, अपने आप से प्यार करना होगा , अपने आप पर विश्वास करना होगा और हार मानने कि जगह अपनी सकारत्मक सोच से जीत की तरफ़ जाना होगा |
मीना आज बहोत खूश है और उसे देखकर मै बहोत खूश हूँ | तो आज कि सबसे मुख्य बात यहि है कि कुदरत का ये नियम है, जो हमारे पास है हम वही दुसरो को दे पाएंगे और जो हम दुसरो को देंगे वो ही हम वापस पाएंगे| तो क्यूँ ना अपना भरोसा भरा प्यार दे और बदले में वहि पाये , ख़ुद को हम ही इतना काबिल बना ले कि क्यू कोई हमसे दूर जाए और जाए भी तो हम को ना भुला पाये |
