सागर का फोन आया आज कहने लगा सब कुछ खत्म हो गया है मेरे जीवन में , अब जीने कि चाह नही रही ,लगता है पुरी दुनिया लूट गयी है मेरी | चारो और अंधेरा ही नजर आता है , लगता है बस अब आगे जीवन में कुछ नही जीने को , | पुछ्ने पर बताया उसने कि उसकी प्रेमिका ने उसे छोड कर किसी और से शादी कर ली थी | इस धोखे को वो सहन नही कर पा रहा था | और डीप्रेशन में चला गया था सागर ख़ुद को लूसर समझने लगा था उसे लाने लगा की क्या वो पर्फेक्ट नही है क्या कमी थी उसमें एसे कई नकारात्मक विचार उसके मन में आ रहे थे , सागर का प्यार भरा दिल टूट के बिखर गया था |
अब सागर कि ये परिस्थिति अच्छी तरह समझी जा सकती हे की जब हम किसी को दिलोजान से प्यार करते है अपना सब कुछ उसे ही समझते है और वो इंसान हमे छोड कर चला जाये , हमारी भावनओ के साथ खिलवाड करके ,धोखा देके या कोई और कारण से | तब हमे यहि खूबसूरत दुनिया सिर्फ़ और सिर्फ़ अंधेरे समान लगने लगती है जेसे सब रुक गया हो ,खो गया हो | लगता है जैसे एक प्यार भरे दिल ने धड्कना ही बंद कर दिया हो |सूना सूना जहान लगने लगता है | ब्रेकअप के कारण भी अलग अलग होते है मेल हो या फिमेल दिल तो टूट कर दर्द से भर ही जाता है |
अब इस हालत से बाहर कैसे आए ? जैसा मैंने पहले भी कह| है ” नामुमकीन ” कुछ भी नही होता | 
सबसे पहला कदम होगा की ख़ुद को कोसना , दर्द देना , ख़ुद को लाचार और अकेला समझना बंद कर दिजिये | इसके लिए अपने दिमाग में , मन में ये बात डालिये की पुरी दुनिया में सिर्फ़ एक इंसान हमे छोड कर चला गया तो क्या उसके सामने हमे चाहने वाले कितने सारे लोग है माँ, पिता,भाई , बहन , दोस्त ….. और खुदा भी हमे चाहते है | इन सब के दिल में हमारे लिए प्यार है इन सब रिश्तों की , सम्बंधो के प्यार कि कदर कीजिये |
दुसरा कदम भरिये, ख़ुद को प्यार कीजिये , ख़ुद की वेल्यु कीजिये | जब तक हम ख़ुद को प्यार नही करेंगे तब तक हम कभी संतुश्ट नही होंगे | सोचिये कि हम हमारे अपनो , के लिए और कोई ना भी हो तो ख़ुद के लिए , जिसने हमे बनाया इस धरती पे लाया उसके लिए हम अनमोल है | बेपनाह प्यार कीजिये ख़ुद को |
तीसरा कदम लीजिए माफी , माफ कर दीजिये उसे जो साथ ना दे सका क्युकि माफी एक एसी चिज है जिससे सबसे पहले हमे ही सुकून मिलता है | आसान नही लगता तो आसान बना दीजिये सोचिये कि कभी जिसे हमने इतना चाहा उसे कोस के उससे नराज होके क्या हम अपने पवित्र प्यार का अपमान नही कर रहे है | सोचिये कि चाहे वो साथ ना दे सके , हमे समझ ना सके तो कोई बात नही पर हमने तो दिल से प्यार किया सच्चा प्यार किया तो हमे अपना दिल बडा रख के उसे माफ कर देना है , खुश रहे वो जहाँ रहे | तब ही हमारा प्यार , “प्यार” कहलायेगा | 
चोथा कदम भरिये कि ख़ुद को व्यस्त रखिए किसी काम में या मंपसंद कोई कला में | इस से मन , दिमाग दोनों स्वस्थ रहेंगे और बहुत ही जल्दी दर्द में से बाहर आ जायेंगे | और आख़िर में दिल को दिमाग को इस तरह तैयार कर लीजिए कि हम स्वयं इतनी मजबूत , किमती रचना है संसार में कि कुछ भी कर सकते है , ये प्यार या ये साथी आखरी नही था | में डीसर्व करती हूँ सच्चा जीवन साथी , प्यार तो मुझे मिलना ही है , कोई शक नही कि अपको दिल कि गहराइयो से चाहने वाला साथी मिलेगा ही | साथ ही मैने अपने पिछ्ले पोस्ट में बताया ही है कि दुनिया का सबसे बडा , सच्चा हमसफर हम ख़ुद ही है , तो हमे किसी अन्य पर इतना भी आश्रीत होने कि जरुरत नही कि उनके जाने के बाद हम ये किमती जीवन जो हमारा है उसे खो दे या बरबाद करदे | और ये गीत भी सुन लीजिए कभी ….. छोड दे सारी दुनिया किसी के लिए ये मुनासीब नही आदमी के लिए ……प्यार से भी जरूरी क काम है …….
और ये ख़ास kisi के लिए अपनो को ,अपने घर के प्रियजनो को दर्द ना दे क्युकि सबसे ज्यादा दर्द उन्हें ही होता है जब वो आपको दर्द में देखते है | ख़ुद को ख़ुद के प्यार इतना लबालब भर लीजिए की फिर ये प्यार कही बहार किसी और में ना खोजना पडे |
